IKONO Copenhagen

Located in the heart of the Danish city capital, IKONO opened its doors in Copenhagen May of 2024, offering locals and visitors an immersive journey through eclectic worlds by combining combine art, play and the unexpected to unleash all the power that creativity has.

The brand has resonated with people of all ages by tapping into the universal human desire to create and share meaningfull personal stories. Through its immersive and emotionally charged experiences, IKONO has indeed become a catalyst for a unique form of creativity and self-expression, sparking a ripple effect that extends far beyond the historic walls of the place it resides in.

In Copenhagen, the space consists of 12 immersive rooms among which they stand out “The Dream Dive”, our immense and scenic ball pit where people can experience the unique mix of light, colors and industrial elements. Or the “Skate The World” room, which invites visitors to explore the oversized and fantastic world as viewed by a nine-year-old skater and discover the hidden skateboards. Also, the “Persephone Maze”, the artwork created by artist Heather Bellino which represents the complexity of being human and light plays a key factor to see the whole picture instead of details.

Founded in 2020 by the intrepid minds of Fernando Pastor and David Troya, IKONO is present in 6 of the major cities in Europe, including Rome, Budapest, Barcelona, Vienna, Madrid and now Copenhagen. The company continues working in its expansion plan to open new venues in Europe.
