Started out as a burger joint hidden in an old disused gas station Gasoline Grill is now one of Copenhagen's most famous burger joints. The greasy burgers and classic wavy fries have, in all their simplicity, won the hearts of even the pickiest hamburger enthusiasts.

At SURT, they take Copenhagen's beloved sourdough wave to new heights, serving delicious, crispy stone oven pizzas. They completely omit industrial yeast and base their pizzas solely on the natural process of sourdough. The menu is built around the pizzas, but also offers tasty Italian dishes - all with a focus on high quality ingredients.

On the menu you will of course find the classic Aamann's smørrebrød (open sandwiches), but also other lunch dishes. After the grand opening of Home of Carlsberg, the food club has also made its way into the iconic premises.The place is brimming with history, and even though the restaurant is state-of-the-art, there's no doubt that the location is historic. Madklubben also honours the history that came with the premises and has included Carlsberg in many of their dishes and drinks.
