The Copenhagen is now Cherry Heering Liqueur's new signature drink, alongside the Singapore Sling.The contestThe official taste of the Danish capital was chosen by a panel of qualified critics and live audience on 20 August 2009.Five of Copenhagen's best bartenders competed to create a cocktail with a Scandinavian taste, inspired by Danish design's streamlined features, combining the modern and trendy with the historical and traditional. The cocktail had to include Cherry Herring Liqueur and to be easily made worldwide.The winner was Gromit Eduardsen from Copenhagen cocktail bar 1105.Make your own Copenhagen:5 cl. Bols Genever2 cl.
